:bulletblue: About the being:
These drawings are depicting one Egyptian cat-headed goddess named Bastet.
Bastet was strictly a solar diety until the arrival of Greek influence on Egyptian society, she then became a lunar goddess due to the Greeks asociating her with Artemis.
She was originally portrayed as a wild desert cat or as a lioness; as well as being associated with domestic cats around 1000 BCE. Portrayed as a woman with the head of a domestic cat, then later as a lioness.
The goddess of fire, cats, of the home, and pregnant women.
Also seemed to have two sides to her personality: docile and aggressive.

:bulletorange: The piece:
This artwork was originally one long piece of stongehenge paper, but then I cut down the trio into singles to try and reduce the white spacing inbetween them.

I drew Bastet in three forms, as I couldn't choose one representation as the main focus.
So, from left-to-right: "Kemonomimi Bastet -> Egyptian Bastet -> Anthro Bastet
I was constant touching up areas and extremely nervous when inking these three...

I used:
One sheet of stongehenge paper and one sheet of Black paper to mount the three pieces.
Prisma colors .01 and .03 pigment liners -had no black ink...
A variety of colored pencils. A few brands are crayola and prisma colors.
A #2 wooden pencil
About 3 weeks to 4 weeks to complete it.

I'm quite happy with the final work. I know I could have done things better, now that I look at it, but I was experimenting and trying to add vivd color and enough contrast in the piece.
I'm quite fond of the Bastet at the left, but I prefer the somewhat fur like texture of the Bastet on the right.
